No — the care plan is optional, and every website is a one-time custom build you own outright. Every build includes one month of care free. After that, staying on a monthly plan keeps your site hosted, secure, and updated — but it's your choice, and your site is always yours to take elsewhere.
Ongoing care and maintenance, usually yes — we look after sites we didn't build too. A full takeover or rebuild depends on how the existing site was made, so the best first step is a free consultation: we'll look at what you have and tell you honestly which makes more sense.
Yes — both fall under digital marketing, along with social media management. We offer them independently and selectively, only when we think the channel genuinely fits your business, budget, and vision.
Not at all. We're based in BC and work with clients across Canada and North America; where it fits, we work remotely with clients worldwide.
